The Abbott Park amenity center is open to the residents from dawn until dusk.
Residents are not required to make a reservation before hosting an event, however the option is available should any resident wish to host a private event or designate a specific area for their guests only.

There is a $300 refundable deposit that is due to the Zephyr Lakes CDD prior to the date of your reservation.
After your event, we require that pictures are sent to AbbottPark@BreezeHome.com to ensure that the amenity center is left in a condition that other neighbors can enjoy.
Our goal is to keep Abbott Park a beautiful place to live, and we appreciate you doing your part!
